Boo to You Gift Bags with Stampin' Up

Have some special Trick or Treaters on your list this Halloween?  

Make gift bags with the Boo To You stamp set (#150550) from the 2019 Holiday Catalog!  

For these monsters, stamp with Black Tuxedo Momento ink, and color with various Stampin' Up markers or Blendabilities alcohol markers.  

Fussy cut the ghouls and attach some of the Assorted Google Eyes (#150453) for character. 

Die-cut some circles for tags. Stamp the sentiments and punch out with the 1" circle punch (#119868). Here I layered some sentiments with the 1-3/8" scallop circles (#146139).

Add your treats to the Gusseted Cellophane Bags (#141704), tie with black ribbon or twine, and they are ready!
