Scrapbook Layout: Calling Gotham City!
My youngest son, almost 15-year-old, is a huge DC comic fan.
There wasn't much thinking required when he needed a costume for our homeschool Halloween party.
Calling Gotham City.
Attending the party was a bit of a last-minute decision, so we raced to several stores to find what we could to put together a costume.
We found the Batman t-shirt in Target's men's department by chance. The mask was finally located at one of those temporary Halloween big box stores in our Galleria. Fortunately, we already had the cape. Instead of tights, he wore black sweat pants.
Voila! Batman.
He hadn't dressed up for Halloween for about three years, so I had to get some good photos of him to scrapbook.
No smiling here. Batman doesn't smile.
My mistake.
The party was fun, my son loved the costume, and I got this fantastic photo to scrap.
The paper I used was the Spooky Night DSP (#144610) from the 2017 Holiday Catalog.
From my stash, I had the lettering, the Halloween dimensional stickers, and brads. The Batman logo was the tag from the graphic shirt we purchased.
Perfect.
While Halloween this year is past, the opportunity to purchase this paper for next year is not! Visit my online store to see the current catalog and order your Halloween goodies now before they are gone forever!
