Oldies But Goodies, Part 2

Last week I confessed to having a Designer Series Paper disorder - an anxiety about throwing away any old Stampin' Up paper.  However, since I needed more cards for my stash, I brought out the old to make some new.

These cards use the light and airy pastel paper, "Best Year Ever" that was a free DSP as part of the 2015 Sale-a-bration promotion:

Stamp set: "Sweet Laughter" from the 2015 Occasions catalog

Stamp set: "Sweet Laughter"

Stamp set: "Sweet Laughter"

Stamp set: "Simply Wonderful", 2015 Sale-a-bration promotion

Stamp set: 'Simply Wonderful"

Stamp: "Love is Kindness" wood stamp, 2015 Occasions catalog

It's always nice to have plenty of cards on hand for sending heartfelt thanks for kindnesses others have done for you.  So much more lovely than a text or email!

Dig out that old paper and create something new today that you can send to a friend or loved one!

Oldies But Goodies, Part 1

It appears that I have a paper problem. I love every Stampin’ Up Designer Series Papers that are released! Even when items retire and there are remnants left in my supplies, I cannot throw the paper away!

As a result of this DSP disorder, I recently spent some time getting this paper together and making an effort to create some cards for my stash.

From the Stampin’ Up 2014-2015 catalog, this "Moonlight" Designer Series Paper had neutral colors that worked for any type of card:

Stamp set: "Age Awareness" from the 2014-2015 Annual Catalog

Stamp set: "Sweet Laughter" from the 2015 Occasions Catalog

Have any of these retired supplies?  Get them out, dust them off and have some fun with it!

Next time, more fresh creations from the 2015 Occasions and Sale-a-bration catalogs.
